Passover is the story of liberation. At Jewish Vegan Life, we believe that story is still unfolding.
Join us for our second annual Vegan Passover Seder in a few blocks from the ocean in Los Angeles, where Jewish tradition and plant-based living come together to express the deepest values of our heritage: compassion, conscious living, and responsibility for the world we share.
Through ritual, conversation, and a delicious plant-based Passover feast, we will explore how Judaism can inspire a more compassionate future, and how each of us can be part of that transformation.

With 25 years of congregational experience, he is now the rabbi of Temple Shalom of the South Bay, where he continues to inspire thoughtful engagement with Jewish ethics, compassion, and sustainability. He has also co-founded the Valley Chevra Kadisha to help advance green burial practices within the Jewish community. Rabbi Bernhard and his wife Laurie live in the San Fernando Valley.
