Meet the Speakers

Arash Yomtobian

President & CEO, Mercy For Animals

Arash Yomtobian is President and CEO of Mercy For Animals, a global leader in the movement to end factory farming. A global executive, entrepreneur, and longtime advocate for compassion, Arash brings more than two decades of experience leading high impact organizations and building systems that create meaningful change. An ethical vegan for nine years, his commitment to ending factory farming is rooted in a broader vision of creating systems of care for human and nonhuman animals and the planet.

 

Adit Romano

Co Founder, Freedom Farm, Israel

Adit Romano is the Co Founder of Freedom Farm, an animal sanctuary and educational center in Israel dedicated to rescuing animals and inspiring compassion through personal connection. Through her work, Adit helps people encounter animals as individuals and deepen their understanding of animal sentience, empathy, and our shared responsibility toward other living beings.

 

Bruce Friedrich

Founder and President, The Good Food Institute

Bruce Friedrich is the Founder and President of The Good Food Institute, an international nonprofit working to transform the global food system through innovation in plant based and cultivated meat. He is the author of Meat: How the Next Agricultural Revolution Will Transform Humanity’s Favorite Food—and Our Future, which explores how food technology can help reshape the way we produce meat and build a more sustainable and compassionate future.

 

 

Rabbi David Rosen

Former Chief Rabbi of Ireland | Member, Jewish Vegan Life Executive Council

Rabbi David Rosen is an internationally recognized Jewish leader and a leading voice in interfaith relations. He served as Chief Rabbi of Ireland and, for 23 years, as the American Jewish Committee’s International Director of Interreligious Affairs. He is currently Special Interfaith Advisor to the Abrahamic Family House in Abu Dhabi and serves in leadership roles with Religions for Peace and the International Council of Christians and Jews. A founder of Rabbis for Human Rights, Rabbi Rosen brings decades of experience exploring how faith, compassion, reconciliation, and shared values can help build a more peaceful world.
