A Vegan Potluck Dinner
Join the Jewish Vegan Life Montreal Tikkun Circle for a warm Shabbat evening inspired by the spirit of Tu B’Av, the Jewish celebration of love, connection, and community.
Around a shared vegan potluck dinner, we’ll welcome Shabbat together while exploring how Jewish teachings invite us to cultivate compassion in our relationships, our communities, and the world around us.
Shabbat offers us a chance to slow down, share a meal, deepen our connections, and experience the joy of gathering around a table where everyone belongs.
Featuring Rabbi Boris Dolin
We are honored to welcome Rabbi Boris Dolin, Rabbi of Congregation Dorshei Emet and spiritual leader of JVL Montreal, who will lead our evening with teachings and conversation.
Rabbi Boris has served as Rabbi of Congregation Dorshei Emet since 2016. He holds an M.A. in Jewish Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary, where he specialized in informal and community education. Prior to Montreal, he helped rebuild Jewish life in Poland as Rabbi of Beit Polska in Warsaw and has served Jewish communities throughout Europe and North America.
