About Our Guests
Rabbi Adam Frank is a Conservative rabbi and longtime animal welfare advocate. After making aliyah in 2001, he served as the Rabbi for the Jerusalem Conservative Synagogue for over 13 years. With more than two decades of activism for animal rights, he currently co-chairs the board of the Jerusalem Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, working to promote compassion and ethical treatment of animals in Israel and beyond.
Denise Phillips is an accomplished chef, food writer, and culinary educator with over 25 years of experience. Having trained with renowned restaurateur Prue Leith, she went on to establish her own successful catering business, specializing in stylish and visually stunning Jewish cuisine. Denise has appeared on BBC1, ITV, and DKW Channel, bringing a modern approach to kosher cooking to a wide audience. She also writes a weekly food column for the Jewish Weekly and contributes to the Jewish Chronicle, Jewish News, Jewish Recorder, and the Jewish Vegetarian Society magazine.
