Dr. Kylie Lichtenstein serves on the Jewish Vegan Life Pittsburgh Council and is a licensed psychologist committed to building a more compassionate, just, and sustainable world for people, animals, and the planet. She brings a trauma informed, justice centered perspective to her work, drawing on years of experience supporting individuals and communities through healing, advocacy, and social change.
Dr. Lichtenstein earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Carlow University and has led initiatives focused on gender based violence prevention and expanding access to mental health support. Her work is grounded in the belief that individual wellbeing and collective wellbeing are deeply interconnected.
She is honored to support Jewish Vegan Life’s mission of connecting Jewish values with plant based living. Through JVL, she is inspired to explore the intersection of Jewish teachings on compassion, justice, and Tikkun Olam with a vision for a kinder, healthier, and more sustainable world.
