Rabbi Adam Frank serves on the Jewish Vegan Life Spiritual Council and is a longtime advocate for animal welfare, Jewish pluralism, and compassionate Jewish living.

Originally from the United States, Rabbi Frank made aliyah in 2001 and served for more than 13 years as the rabbi of Congregation Moreshet Yisrael, the Conservative Movement’s flagship synagogue in downtown Jerusalem. Throughout his rabbinate, he worked to strengthen Jewish community while advancing an inclusive vision of Jewish life in Israel.

For more than two decades, Rabbi Frank has been deeply involved in animal welfare advocacy. He currently serves as Co Chair of the Board of the Jerusalem Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (JSPCA), where he works to promote compassion and improve the lives of animals throughout Israel. Through his leadership on the Jewish Vegan Life Spiritual Council, he helps advance a vision of Judaism that embraces compassion, responsibility, and respect for all creation.
