Rabbi Rubenstein, along with his wife, Rabbi Linda Motzkin, are the longtime spiritual leaders of Temple Sinai in Saratoga Springs, NY. Together, they are co-founders of Bread and Torah. Rabbi Rubenstein has led workshops on Judaism and vegetarianism and has translated Rav Kook’s classic work, “A Vision of Vegetarianism and Peace.”
