Gayle Squires is a self-taught cook who has been sharing recipes, photographs, and stories on the blog Kosher Camembert for a decade. She has published articles and cookbook and product reviews in Food52, The Forward, The Jerusalem Post, Thrillist, and Eat Boutique. When not in the kitchen, Gayle works at the intersection of healthcare and hospitality, leveraging her medical training and maître d’ experience at Union Square Cafe to advise health systems, physician groups, and other care delivery settings on optimizing patient experience. She lives in New York City.
Gayle completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Harvard University and her Medical Doctorate and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and The Wharton School.
