Megan Tucker
Megan B. Tucker has a BA in Religious Studies, graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition, and has been vegan since 2013. In 2018 Megan created Mort & Betty’s Vegan Jewish Deli in her grandparent’s honor, offering veganized deli classics including corned beets, mushroom pastrami, smoked carrot lox and white carrot whitefish salad. Megan lives in Los Angeles with her rescue cat Lilypad.
